How to Play Chess Master
Chess is a two-player strategy board game played on an 8x8 checkered grid. The objective is to checkmate the opponent's King by placing it under an inescapable threat of capture.

Select a Piece
Click or tap any of your pieces. Circular dots highlight legal move destinations, and orange rings highlight capture targets.

Choose Destination
Click on any highlighted legal square to move your piece. Pawns promote automatically to Queens upon reaching the 8th rank.

Special Moves
Supports castling (King and Rook unmoved) and En Passant captures according to official international chess rules.

Vs Bot or 2-Player
Play against the built-in minimax engine or challenge a friend in pass-and-play mode on the same screen.
