Sky Ace

Sky Ace

Take the controls of a bright stunt plane and fly free over palm islands, a red canyon, snowy peaks and a city at sunset. Thread glowing rings, pop balloons, chain loops and barrel rolls into huge combos, race rival pilots and land on a runway or the deck of a carrier. Earn stars and coins across 28 missions to unlock five planes with their own handling and eight paint jobs.

How to play Sky Ace

  1. Tap Play to start the next mission, or pick one in Missions. Free Flight has no clock.
  2. Steer with the left stick: up or down moves the nose, sideways banks and rolls. On a computer use W A S D, the arrow keys or drag with the mouse.
  3. Slide the throttle lever (R / F or the mouse wheel) to change speed and hold the flame button (Space) to boost.
  4. Fly through the gold ring, pop every balloon, beat three rival pilots or follow the landing gates, depending on the mission.
  5. Earn up to three stars per mission. Stars open new maps; coins buy planes and paint jobs in the Hangar.

Tips and strategy

  • Watch the next two rings, not just the gold one, and start each turn early.
  • Stunts chain into a combo: a loop, barrel roll, knife edge or low pass within a few seconds raises the multiplier.
  • To land, slow down with the throttle before the last gate. A slow plane settles gently; pull the nose up a touch just before the wheels touch for a Butter landing.
  • Red edges and a beep mean the ground is close. Pull up at once.

Sky Ace FAQ

How do I unlock the other maps?

Copper Canyon opens at 8 stars, Frost Peaks at 20 and Sunset City at 34. Missions inside a map open one after another once the mission before has at least one star.

What does the race difficulty change?

Easy, Normal and Hard set how fast and clean the three rival pilots fly. A win on Easy gives one star, on Normal up to two and on Hard all three.

Is Sky Ace free?

Yes. It is free to play in your browser on Popyca, with nothing to download or install and no account needed.

Can I play Sky Ace on my phone?

Yes. It works on phones, tablets and computers. Tap Play to open it full screen; you can hold your phone upright or sideways.
