    Swing, fly and flip through 48 hand-tuned levels with one finger. Hold to grab the nearest anchor, let go at the top of the arc and soar over spikes, bounce pads, wind gusts and spinning blades into the finish portal. Beat the clock for three stars and unlock eight charming rascals.

    How to play Rope Rascal

    1. Hold anywhere on the screen, or hold Space, to shoot your rope. It grabs the nearest anchor ahead, the one with the pulsing white ring.
    2. Keep holding to swing under the anchor. Your rascal speeds up on every swing.
    3. Let go on the way up to fly forward, then hold again to catch the next anchor.
    4. Fly into the swirling portal at the end. Red spikes, the spike floor and spinning blades send you back to the start.
    5. Finish fast for up to three stars. Stars unlock new rascals in the Skins screen.

    Hold (touch, mouse or Space) shoot the rope to the nearest anchor and swing   Release let go and fly

    Tips and strategy

    • The best moment to let go is when your rascal is rising forward. A clean release shows Perfect! and adds a burst of speed.
    • Do not let go at the very bottom of the swing, or you will fly flat.
    • Green bounce pads throw you back up, so you can drop onto them on purpose to cross long gaps with no anchors.
    • Golden hoops give a big speed boost. Aim your jump through the middle of the ring.
    • Upward wind carries you across wide gaps, while headwind slows you down, so swing harder before you enter it.
    • Moving anchors slide along a dotted track. Hold when the anchor comes toward you.

    How many levels are there?

    There are 48 levels in four worlds of 12: Meadow, Canyon, Sky Isles and Neon Night. Each world adds something new, such as moving anchors and spike walls in the Canyon, wind and boost hoops in the Sky Isles and spinning blades at Neon Night.

    How do I earn stars and new skins?

    Stars depend on your time: finish under the target time for three stars. Your total stars unlock eight rascals, from Minto and Berry to Ninja, Robo, Ribbit, Comet and the golden Aurum.

    Is Rope Rascal free?

    Yes. It is free to play in your browser on Popyca, with nothing to download or install and no account needed.
