Noggin Ball: Big Head Football

Big heads, a bouncy ball and one tiny pitch: run, jump, head and volley your way to the goal in this side-view 1v1 football game. Fill your power meter to unleash a super shot that burns, freezes, zigzags or drops from the sky, grab Big Head and Tiny Goal power-ups, and win 8-team knockout cups to unlock 17 wacky players. Challenge a friend on one keyboard or a split touch screen, or take on the CPU on three levels.

How to play Noggin Ball

  1. Move with A and D or the arrow keys, jump with W or Up and kick with Space, F or K. On a phone, the arrows are on the left, jump and kick on the right.
  2. Jump into the ball to head it, or kick it when it drops to your feet. Score in the right goal.
  3. When your power meter glows, press Super (G or L, or the star button), then kick or head the ball to fire your super shot.
  4. Most goals when the clock runs out wins. A draw in a cup match goes to golden goal.

Tips and strategy

  • Stay between the ball and your own goal when your rival has it. Most goals in this 2 player football game come from an empty net.
  • Kick a low ball for a lob and a high ball for a hard, flat shot.
  • Every super is different: Ice Shot freezes the keeper, Ghost Ball flies through them and Meteor drops from the sky.
  • Pop the floating power-up bubbles with the ball: Big Head makes headers easy, Speed helps you chase and Tiny Goal shrinks your own goal.

Yes. Pick 2 Players: on a keyboard Player 1 uses A, D, W, F and G, Player 2 the arrow keys, K and L. On a phone or tablet the screen splits into blue and red buttons.

Win a Tournament cup to unlock a new player, or buy players with the coins you earn in every match. The Legend Cup hides one special player.
