Pair Parade

Pair Parade

Flip the cards and find every matching pair in this cheerful memory game. Climb 65 levels from tiny 2x3 boards to big 6x6 grids, race the clock in Time Attack, or challenge a friend or the computer.

How to play Pair Parade

  1. Tap any face-down card to flip it over, then tap a second card to look for its twin.
  2. If the two cards show the same picture they stay face up and count as a pair. If they differ, they flip back, so remember where they were.
  3. Find every pair to clear the board. The Journey has 65 levels in five worlds: Animals, Fruits, Space, Sea and Halloween.
  4. Each level gives up to three stars: one for clearing it, one for finishing within the move target, and one for finishing within the time target.
  5. Try the other modes from the menu: Time Attack, 2 Players on one screen, Versus Computer on Easy, Normal or Hard, and a new Daily board every day.

Tips and strategy

  • Use the short preview at the start of a level. Look for the corners and edges first, because those are easy to place in your mind.
  • Start each turn by flipping a card you have never seen. A fresh card shows you something new, and it can only hurt you if you flip a second unknown card too.
  • If you already know where a card's twin is, flip the unknown one first. If it matches something you remember, you can collect that pair at once.
  • Group the cards in your head by area, such as top left or bottom row, and say the pictures quietly to yourself.
  • In Time Attack every pair adds seconds and a streak of pairs scores extra, so stay calm and chain your matches.
  • Against the computer, remember that it also forgets. The Easy player forgets a lot, and the Hard player rarely does, so do not leave easy pairs for it.

Pair Parade FAQ

How are the stars on each level decided?

You always get one star for clearing the board. A second star needs a number of moves at or below the par shown on the result card, and the third star needs a time at or below the time target.

Can I play against a friend or the computer?

Yes. Choose 2 Players to take turns on one screen, or Versus Computer and pick Easy, Normal or Hard. A match gives you another turn, and the player with more pairs wins.

Is Pair Parade free?

Yes. It is free to play in your browser on Popyca, with nothing to download or install and no account needed.

Can I play Pair Parade on my phone?

Yes. It works on phones, tablets and computers. Tap Play to open it full screen; you can hold your phone upright or sideways.

Does Pair Parade save my progress?

Yes, automatically in this browser. It keeps your level progress, stars, best Time Attack score, stats and daily streak. Sign in with Google on Popyca to keep your progress in your account and continue on another device.
