Four suits is the full Spider Solitaire game and one of the toughest solitaire variants. Each suit appears twice across the two decks, so same-suit runs are rare and you have to plan many moves ahead.
Cards stack by rank on any suit, but only a run of one suit moves as a group. Every mixed stack you make is a commitment you may have to undo later.
Untangle before you build. Use empty columns to spread mixed cards out instead of piling more on top of them.
Think before each deal. A new row is ten cards landing on your plan, and with four suits you rarely get a second chance.
Finish eight King-to-Ace runs, each in one suit, to win.
Tips and strategy
Work on one column at a time. Clearing the shortest columns first creates the free space you need later.
Two empty columns near the end are worth more than a neat-looking table.
Use unlimited undo to compare two lines before committing. A single win in several tries is a normal result at this level.
A 4-suit win gives the biggest XP bonus toward your Popyca level.
Spider Solitaire 4 Suits FAQ
Can a 4-suit game be won every time?
No. Even with perfect play some deals cannot be won. By default Popyca uses solver-checked winnable deals, which are still demanding, so expect a modest win rate while you learn.
Should I start with 4 suits?
It is better to begin with 1 Suit or 2 Suits. The rules are identical, so what you learn there carries straight over.
